Please note that the code OPENBOX does not entitle you to free shipping. Instead, you can use the code OPENBOX when you wish to gradually add items to your order. Once the total value of your order reaches $120, you will then qualify for free shipping. However, if you do not reach the $120 threshold, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. To close an openbox, please leave an order note indicating your intention to do so or proceed with paying for the shipping. If you are uncertain whether you have reached the $120 threshold, feel free to reach out to us, and we will respond as promptly as possible. Please be aware that if you abandon your box and cannot be reached, we will cancel your box without issuing any refunds. If you can be reached you will be entitled to store credit at a deducted rate. Using code OPENBOX you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
