 •What do I do if I receive my crystal broken?

Serenity Stone Au does not offer refunds, we package your items with great love & care! Please get in contact with Australia post if there is an issue as it is insured up to $100 value. It is the customers responsibility to purchase extra cover to cover they own order if it exceeds the $100 value. Australia post will compensate be you with the value of your order. 

•What if I no longer want my items?

We do not expect change of mind refunds, so please only choose what you’re wanting to keep. 

•What if my crystal doesn’t aid me in the way advertised? 

Each crystal works differently for each person. Everyone has different energy and not all crystals work the same for every single person. Serenity Stone au does NOT offer refunds if your crystal doesn’t meet your metaphysical requirements. They are here to help not solve a problem 

•Shopping from the Clearance collection?
If you’re ordering from the ‘Clearance’ collection refunds are not excepted by Serenity Stone Au or Australia post as you’re purchasing a broken discounted crystal. 

•What if my package goes missing in transit? 
Please contact Australia post if you suspect your package is missing. It is the customers responsibility to purchase extra cover at checkout. Australia post covers up to $100 value to guarantee you receive a refund (from Australia post) in this unforeseen circumstance. 


•What if my jewellery is faulty?

If you suspect your jewellery is faulty please contact us asap and send photographs of your issue. And we can resolve the issue and organise a refund.

•What if my address is incorrect?

if you’ve accidentally put in the wrong address, contact us asap via email or Instagram to fix the issue. With proof of purchase & order number. 

Serenity Stone Au is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. All addresses are copied and pasted from your orders into auspost. If we suspect an incorrect address we will contact you before shipping for extra reassurance.
